New York State Assessments New York State Assessments
The ELA State Test will be administered on Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 22, 2026. All students are scheduled to participate.
The Math State Test will be administered on Tuesday, April 28 and Wednesday, April 29th, 2026. All students, except grade 8 students enrolled in Algebra, are scheduled to participate.
The Science 8 State Test will be administered on Wednesday, May 6, 2025. This test is only for Science 8 students. Grades 6 and 7, as well as Biology students, do not take the exam.
All tests are computer based.
All students are provided with extended time as needed.

Spring Sports Spring Pre- Season Meetings Boys Tennis - Wednesday, March 25th at 3:00 on Google meet. Google Classroom code: w2tzhs5t *** Please join meet using the meet button in the classroom at 3:00pm *** Boys Lacrosse - Thursday, March 26th at 2:45-3pm in the cafeteria Boys Baseball - Thursday, March 26th at 2:45-3pm in Library The Health Office is now accepting paperwork for Spring Sports. If you are interested in participating in Gymnastics, Boys Tennis, Baseball, Softball, Boys or Girls Lacrosse or Track you must be cleared NO LATER than Friday, March 20th. Clubs If you love to help others, join the Community Service Club. We meet twice a month before school at 7:15am in room 400B with Mrs. LoSardo. Stop by and see Mrs. LoSardo to get involved and join our Google Classroom with the code: en5lvgwt If you love to read and share books with your friend then the Book Club is the club for you! We meet every other Monday morning at 7:15am in room 400B with Mrs. LoSardo. Not a morning person? there are a lot of activities you can still take part in. Just stop in to see Mrs. LoSardo any time and join our Google Classroom using code: jrftfzce The Digital Media Club meetings are held every Tuesday morning at 7:15 in the library. E- Sports meets every Monday after school 2:45-4:00 in room 309 (postponed until the Spring) Film Appreciation Club will be watching 1978's Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory after school on Monday, March 23rd and Tuesday, March 24th. We will be meeting in the library from 2:30-3:45. There is No Free Play Club on Friday, March 20th. Friendship Club is meeting on Monday, March 23rd after school at 2:45-3:45 in room 502
