8TH GRADE PICNIC - JUNE 24
The AMS 8th Grade Picnic is Tuesday, June 24, from 10am-12pm. Tickets are $25.00 and can only be purchased @ ACCOMPSETTMS.GIVEBACKS.COM/STORE.

8TH GRADE LAWN SIGNS
8th grade Moving Up lawn signs are now available to order on the PTA website! They are $15.00 each. The deadline for the 8th grade lawn signs is 4/30. Signs will be distributed at the end of May.
SNEAKERS4GOOD - A COMMUNITY SERVICE CLUB FUNDRAISER
Please donate gently used sneakers or running shoes that you no longer need or want. The Community Service Club will be collecting and recycling along with Sneakers4good to help support the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Please bring in your donations between April 11th thru April 30th. A collection box will be located in the AMS cafeteria.

HOMEWORK HELP
SHSW Honor Society is offering Homework Help this year to any students in need. They will meet on Thursdays, after school, from 2:45 pm- 3:45 pm in the AMS library. All interested students should sign up in the Counseling Center.
REGENTS / FLACS REVIEW ACADEMY
This program is to assist our students in preparing for the June 2025 Regents and FLACS examinations.
The program offers ten unique hour-long sessions, with both morning and afternoon options available for all subjects. A full schedule for the program, which includes a listing of the topic(s) for each session subject, can be found HERE.
ELA HONORS ACADEMY 2025
Beginning on April 10 to June 5, AMS will be hosting the ELA Honors Academy. Students who wish to receive extra help in English Honors are encouraged to attend one session per week. Students can speak with Mrs. Reilly in room 237 if they have any questions.
AFTER SCHOOL LIBRARY
After school library is held Tuesday through Thursday ONLY, until 3:45 pm. Students can be picked up or take the 4:10 pm late bus home.
WALKER & BUS PASSES
If students wish to go home on a bus with another student or if your child needs to walk home, A NOTE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS. Please have your child bring a note to the AMS Main Office.
If your child will be a PERMANENT WALKER - send in a note to express permission to walk home during the 2024-2025 school year and it must be signed by a parent.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
For security reasons, students may not order food for delivery to the school or field trip destinations; this includes, but is not limited to, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and pizza deliveries. The security guards will deny delivery personnel entry to the school, and the student will not receive the order.
